The TAT group hosts pre-congress EANM symposium on clinical 211At therapy

The TAT group will on october 18th host a symposium on clinical astatine-211 therapy preceding the EANM'14 - 27th Annual Congress of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine in Gothenburg, Sweden. The main objective of this seminar is to provide the participants an overview of the potential benefits but also challenges involved in bringing radiopharmaceuticals based on alpha-particle emitting radionuclides to clinical trials. Both local experts as well as prominent invited international researchers will during half a day hold presentations concerning astatine-211 therapy targeting physicians, medical physicists, radiochemists, radiopharmacists and any other nuclear medicine professional involved and/or interested in the use of alpha-particle emitting radionuclides for therapy.
